Expert Patio Enclosure Construction in Chesterfield, VA
Patio enclosure construction turns an open or underused patio into a protected outdoor living space you can enjoy more of the year. At Johnston's Deck and Fence, we plan and build each enclosure around your home's layout and how your family actually uses the space. Chesterfield's humid summers and seasonal temperature swings make weather protection a real concern for outdoor spaces. A well-built enclosure keeps bugs, wind, and rain out while letting natural light in. We serve homeowners across Chesterfield, Richmond, Colonial Heights, Petersburg, Prince George, and Glen Allen. Our owner holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and applies that structured approach to every build. That means clear communication from the first site visit through the final walkthrough. No surprises, no loose ends. If you want to get more use out of your existing patio space, contact Johnston's Deck and Fence to talk through your options.
